About Prudence Howard

Prudence Howard retired from the Unites States Navy in 2008, after serving 20 years of dedicated and honorable service. She is the recipient of many awards and commendations for her military service.

After she retired, Mrs. Howard held Acquisition Leadership positions within the Department of the Navy and Department of Veterans Affairs. She has over 29 years of experience in Leadership, Acquisition, Finance, and Logistics.

While Mrs. Howard has created her own training curriculum, she is also a John Maxwell certified Coach/Mentor/Speaker whereas she can offer you workshops, seminars, speaking, individual coaching, group coaching and mastermind groups based on Dr. John Maxwell’s proven leadership principles, which will ultimately improve productivity and the results.
